SHAKE

With a decade of experience under his belt, Shake has worked with hundreds of clients by helping them achieve goals in different areas of life. With a proven track record to be proud of, he has successfully helped clients to achieve fitness goals through customized training program and nutrition plan.

He has also recently changed his training approach on fitness to a holistic one, as he strongly believes in attaining a healthy lifestyle for his clients. With weight loss and lifestyle transformation in his forte, he  worked efficiently well with his clients with special abilities and needs. Ensuring that each client fully maximize their training session, he has made it his personal mission that they leave the gym craving more.

Zack/Zaim have been a full time trainer for decade. Passionate about health and fitness. Committed and dedicated to guide you through your fitness journey. Specializes in strength and conditioning, functional movements, weight loss and toning.

Firm believer of 'Fun through fitness'.

Special population certified such as children, elderly and pregnant ladies ( Pre and post natal).

SYAFIQ

A full time personal trainer for the past 10 years, with strong passion for fitness and body-building as a hobby. Committed in helping and training others and Syafiq is specialized in weight loss programs.

Syafiq has competed in 2017 FM league Nationals in Men's physique category & also the first and only non-celebrity crowned as the Men's Health cover guy 2018.

ISWAN

With more than 10 years in the fitness industry, Iswan has worked with many clients regardless of age or ability to reach their fitness goals.

Iswan firmly believes in a holistic approach towards fitness. Integrating a bespoke program that revolves around resistance training and stretch therapy in their training routine to leave them feeling and looking fitter, faster and stronger after every workout.

With a scientific approach towards nutrition and deep understanding of each individual clients, Iswan continually adapts their training program to ensure their fitness goals.

What makes him special isn't his academic and technical side, but the over riding factor that he cares for your well being, your health and your results.

He invest everything he have in helping you reach the goals you have set for yourself.

WANDY

With a long-standing experience of more than 10 years in the fitness industry, Wandy accumulated a stellar portfolio during the course of his fitness journey. Among his many achievements, some notable awards include the 2003 and 2005 SEA Games where he bagged a bronze title. He also joined Muscle War in 2009 and did not get any placing due to injury, 2010 he made a comeback and got overall champion. In 2013 achievements 1st athletic physique (SBPF), 2013 2nd under 75kg (SBPF) and 2013 1st under 75kg (SFBF). With sheer determination, and consistent hard work, he continued to reach greater heights, where he was the champion for athletic physique and 2nd for Under 75kg and 2018 he was placed 2nd for the 2018 class physique category. His most recent accomplishment was being the overall champion for Mr. Singapore classic physique and in category.

Wandy started his career as a PT on 2008 where he trained professional athletes and clients as he helped them optimize their sports performance as a certified sports coach. He is dedicated in helping his clients improve their health and fitness, so as to improve their quality of life, where he will plan the best training tailored to his client’s needs and goals.

Wandy has a strong mindset of not giving up, regardless of what situation he is in, he continuously pushed himself when he suffered an injury from the 2015 muscle war where he did not get his ideal placement, and made a comeback in 2016 where he was placed 1st in Singapore fitness model search and 3rd in Asian fitness model search. With his motto in life ‘0.1% improvement is better than 0%’ he is always ready to help you achieve unimaginable results together.

ARAB

Focusing on strength and conditioning, Arab has a wide range of experience and motivates clients to reach and continue reaching their personal health and fitness goals.

With a strong understanding of sports performance and functional fitness and health, he has designed personal training for daily classes such as strength circuits, metcon circuits, plyometric and mobility drills, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, coordination, agility and balance. This helps his clients stay fit and strong to supplement their discipline and overall performance, health and fitness goals.

His coaching has helped several of his clients won titles in boxing competitions. Such as : Muhamad ‘The Chosen Wan’ Ridhwan (Singapore’s First World Boxing Champion) Professional Boxing.
And Nurshahidah ‘The Sniper’ Roslie (Singapore’s First Female Pro Boxing Champion) Professional Boxing.
